Cardiff City kick-off their Pre-season game on Friday when they face Division 1 club Charlton in Spain in the Seville area. The Londoners already saw off Championship opposition beating Bristol City also in Spain. There are no reports of any injuries so Cardiff manager Malky Mackay will have a full squad to choose from with most players expect to play some part in the game.
Next Wednesday Celtic will be visiting the Cardiff City Stadium (kick-off 7.45pm) which will give the home fans a chance to eye up the new players and management team. They could well be a few more faces that are new for the Bluebirds before the game with the opening to the new season closing in. It should be a good night out of the fans and Celtic will bring a load of fans to help up the atmosphere in the ground.
Cardiff City played Celtic has recently 2009 in a pre-season fixture a game that ended goalless 2009. There will be a few players recognizable to Cardiff City fan Joe Ledley could be on show along with Adam Matthews who join Ledley is summer at Celtic. The Scottish club have been on tour Down Under playing three games, winning two out of three.
