City linked to Andrew Taylor

Only in the job under 24 hours and another player is being linked with Cardiff City, the footy agents must know that Cardiff are back in business. Middlesbrough midfielder/defender Andrew Taylor a player the new Bluebirds boss Malky Mackey was interested in while he was at Watford.

He spent the first half of last season on loan at Watford and played in Watford's 4-1 thrashing of the Bluebirds picking up a yellow card.

Mackey was desperate to keep the player according to reports while at Watford, but the player himself asked to return to the Teesside club. He can play left defence or midfield on his return to Middlesbrough when straight back into the first team. He is a free agent at the end of the month, but Middlesbrough has been hopefully he would sign a new contract on offer. Now Mackey is with at Cardiff with a bit more financial influence than the London club the North-East club is concerned there could be renewed interest in Taylor
