Wildig off to the SPL on loan

With one Cardiff City rumoured to be off to Scotland, another player is off to Scotland, Aaron Wildig.

The young Cardiff midfielder is off to SPL club Hamilton Academicals who are bottom of the league on loan until the end of the season. Hamilton manager Billy Reid said about Wildig,
“As for Aaron, he has been playing at Championship level since he was 17 and that underlines the quality he possesses.
“We hope to have Aaron sign until the end of the campaign on loan”
He is a product of the Bluebirds youth system, English born but is at the moment pursuing his international career in the Welsh set-up. He made is debut start against Bristol City in the FA Cup last season and a few days later made his first league start. He scored his first and only goal so after and Newcastle in a 5-1 defeat. He has had limited chances this season with the influx of midfield plays

According to a report of the official Hamilton website Wildig’s played in a friendly today.
