Rock this house |
Cardiff City Stadium should be rocking tomorrow hopefully it will be the last game we see at the stadium until next season. Another big crowd and the game live on Sky Sports, Radio and the internet so not one inch of the world can't tune into the game.
Whatever happens with the whole QPR the future is in the hands of Cardiff City with everyone playing their bit. It's a game we just have to win and put pressure on Norwich that would leave both clubs in a final day battle for the richest prize league in the world.
The Cardiff boss Dave Jones is hoping for a major headache when he wakes up in the morning an abundance of players to consider for is match day squad for the Middlesbrough game. The only player not in contention for the game is goalkeeper David Marshall out for the rest of the season.
He has also received a boost in the shape of the fitness of Cardiff City supporters Player of the Year Kevin McNaughton who also picked up an award from the Supporters Trust. He picked up a knock in the Preston game, but he is fit which the most important bit of news.
Goalkeeper Stephen Bywater is rumoured to be in contention and Lee Naylor is back in training, but it would highly unlikely Jones would mess with the starting eleven who had done so well for him or the last few weeks. The bench is now the strongest it has been all season with that being just as competitive as the match eleven.
Middlesbrough striker Scott McDonald is class has doubtful with defenders Stephen McManus and Tony McMahon, both of whom are nursing ankle injuries and will have a later fitness test.Worrying for the home fans they have seen a up turn in their form recently.
