I am fing annoyed with what is happening with Cardiff City we are supposed to have this great team, with an attacking line-up to kill for, but are we really that good because we need to turn on the performances week not intermittently. Goals are seemingly hard to come by although the chances are there, but the finish is letting the team and the fans down. Then you have the officials, who have called offside with the ball in the net a few occasions this season. After two good wins over Leicester and Hull we have been hit with two defeats in a row, and from teams in the bottom end of the table. Ipswich we should have won and tonight at Palace we could have win.
Again we have been saved by results around us not by our team; we just can’t grid a result out when we need one. Tonight was one of those times we needed those three points instead others were to make gains Norwich jumped above Cardiff into third with the only other top six win going to Leeds.
Crystal Palace 1-0 CardiffLeicester 2-3 NorwichMillwall 2-0 QPRPreston 1-2 LeedsSheffield United 2-1 Nottingham ForestSwansea 1-1 Watford
A win would have seen Cardiff back into second. Swansea could only pick up a points with QPR loosing and Nottingham Forest suffering another defeat. Whittingham missing a penalty so late into the game just left me feeling it was not going to be a good night for Bluebird fans.
It’s incredible we are still in the top six and are in a better place than last season after 36 games. With all the doom and gloom we are still in the mix we can still do it automatic just need the players and management to turn it around
