There are a few transfer rumours connected with Cardiff City in and out today.
The Daily Mirror are linking Bluebirds boss Dave Jones with Bolton defender Jlloyd Samuel join on loan, with a view to a permanent move. He will be out of contract in the summer so would be available free. He has not played a game this season and since joining from Aston Villa in the summer 2007 playing just over 90 games.
If Dave Jones is looking to add to his squad, he only has until tomorrow. Fans have been expecting some movement in the striker department with Michael Chopra out for the rest of the season. Well will have to sit back and see if tomorrow brings in any news of any loan deals.
There is an internet rumour surrounding City midfielder Martin John and a possible link up with MLS club Colorado Rapids.
He was spotted in the summer play in a friendly for Welling United. John then trained with the Bluebirds and was offered a one year contract. On the day he signed he made his one and so far only start back August on in a Carling Cup fixture against Burton Albion. He make a good debut even if he was not 100% fit and had to play most of the second half and extra time carry a injury after Cardiff had used all their substitutes. He was later sent out to Newport County on loan playing in nine games.
The likelihood of a new contract is slim so he will be looking for a new club come the summer.
