Where to start.........

Players and Managers come and go but the club is always there.
Scunthorpe United.The Iron.Not the most glamorous club of the 92 in the league.I'm now in my 21st season as an Iron fan and i've seen a lot.Promotion.Relegation.A Wembley Cup Final.Heartache.Triumph.Lows and Highs have all been there ! I thought 'd seen it all,but since starting work for The Scunthorpe Telegraph as a Photographer i feel like i've seen a lot more.Its hard sometimes to not jump up and down and cheer, but when your team score and you've got your camera pointed at the players you soon forget its your team and want the perfect picture. Being a couple of yards away from the action is good when your watching from the stands, but when your inches away from a player with his arms spread wide in celebration i think it's as much of a buzz for me as it is for the player who's just hit the net !
This is just the start of my view of Scunthorpe United from the touchline, a place i fell privileged to be, through the wins and the losses, the good and the bad and hopefully Championship football next season i'll keep you posted !
