Three players will take the next step up after being offered professional contracts by Cardiff City. The three striker Nat Jarvis, midfield Ibrahim Farah and defender Alex Evans are all second year trainees.
Nat Jarvis has yet to make his debut for the Bluebirds, but had a loan spell earlier in the season with Division Two outfit Southend United. He was involved in eight games, league and cup without getting on the score-sheet.
"I'm in the final year of my Academy scholarship with Cardiff and looking for a professional contract so this loan spell with Southend is a big deal for me to try and do that," said Jarvis.
Ibrahim Farah known as 'Ibby' from Somali descent is a hard-tacking midfielder as yet to make his mark in senior football
"I was 15 years old and playing for Grangetown Boys Club when I was invited along to the trial," said Farah. "I was spotted and have been here ever since."
Alex Evans is a highly rated by the centre-half who hails for Merthyr Tydfil.
