According to an article in the South Wales Echo he impressed, but Malky Mackay and his staff really needs to see more of the 20-year-old player. If they were to offer him a contract it would be on professional terms.

In the same article he nearly joined the Bluebirds a few season back, but that move got caught up in international red tape.He came through the Espanyol youth system before moving on to Toulouse where all seemed to be going well.

However, there was a falling out over him declaring his loyalty to Spain nationality joining the Under 17 squad. For some reason Toulouse were unhappy and he dropped down the picking out at the club.
