Just seen Cardiff City chief executive Gethin Jenkins stop at the traffic lights outside my house. In the back was the new Cardiff  City dream team they plan to job share the job two on two off.

My shout for the Cardiff job - No1

Gabriella Benson - She was manager of a Second Division (Championship) team in her first season she brought stability to a relegated threatened club.  The following season the team need three points from their last two games to guarantee promotion to the First Division Premiership.

The first game was away from home 0-0 draw she when into the last game needing a win which she due got in front of her fans. After the game Gabriella told her husband she is 7 weeks pregnant.
